Rob Biltekoff graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University and cum laude from Boston University School of Law. He focuses his practice on general business law, contracts, employment agreements, commercial real estate, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and counseling, not-for-profit and 501(c)(3), estate, and business succession planning and probate. Seth graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2001 and was commissioned as an Armor officer in the U.S. Army. During his five years of active duty, Seth served as a tank Platoon Leader and a Battalion Liaison Officer at Fort Riley, Kansas and as a basic training Company Executive Officer at Fort Knox, Kentucky. In 2003, Seth also deployed to Iraq with the 1st Brigade of the 1st Infantry Division for over a year, where he served as a Battle Captain in Al Anbar Province. After leaving active service with the U.S. Army, Seth returned to Western New York to attend law school. He graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2009 with the degree of Juris Doctor. While in law school, Seth served as Executive Editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal, Acting Justice of the professional law fraternity Phi Alpha Delta, President of the Federalist Society, and on the Buffalo Moot Court Board. Seth also commanded a company of the New York National Guard throughout his time as a law student. Seth is admitted to practice law in New York State and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County.
